This short time accommodation apartment is located on the 7th floor of a modern building, built and opened in 2011, in an important area of the capital. The three rooms, the living room and the two bedrooms, offer enough space to accommodate up to 6 persons in an intimate and friendly atmosphere.

The spacious living room is designed for comfort, is modernly furnished and decorated with shabby chic, romantic accents. The living room is furnished with a fold-out couch, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV stand, a table with chairs that connects the main room with the open kitchen. The kitchen is functional and fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove and storage spaces. On demand, we can offer our guests the following: a microwave, an electric jug, a coffee filter.

The two bedrooms are decorated in warm colors and are furnished with comfortable double beds. The bedrooms and the living room are accessorized with pillows, blankets and bed linens.

The main bathroom is intimate, equipped with a bathtub with shower, a toilet, a washbasin with mirror. The second bathrooms is equipped with a toilet and a washbasin. In the bathrooms, guests will find hotel cosmetics.

The apartment is equipped with central heating, air conditioner, washing machine. On demand, we can also provide a hair dryer, a clothes dryer and even iron with ironing board.

Even if our guests are coming from Bucharest, form another city or form another country, we want to offer them the comfort they deserve, in a pleasant and functional atmosphere or a home away from home. We are waiting for you!

In the Calea Mosilor – Mihai Eminescu junction area we can provide you short time accommodation in a new, eight story building, built and opened in 2011. The ground floor of the building provides a 30 persons conference room. More than that, you can find the relaxation you need provided by the spa cabinet at the ground floor of the building.

From this point you can easily travel to the most important areas in Bucharest, by car or by public means of transportation, you can easily arrive in the Bucur Obor area, in an area that provides subway services, or you can easily arrive in Piata Rosseti, at the Univeristy area, Piata Unirii or in the Unirii area.

In addition to this, through Mihai Eminescu Street and Dacia Blvd. you have acces to Piata Romana and Stefan cel Mare Blvd. and Piata Victoriri, and also in the Bucharest northern area, on Barbu Vacarescu Blvd.
