We offer for short time accommodation a studio apartment situated at the sixth floor of a nine story building, built and opened in 2015, completely furnished and equipped. Choose this short time accommodation studio apartment, and you will enjoy the luxury of a perfect accommodation, the maximum comfort, the functionality and the harmony of colors you are looking for.

The studio apartment is very spacious and intimate. From the hall you can enter directly into the open kitchen and into the main room. The main room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a nightstand, a desk, a wardrobe, a hall-stand and a mirror. The main room has high windows accessorized with curtains. From the main room you can enter the balcony if you want to smoke or to enjoy the landscape. The air conditioning is installed in the main room for cooling during the hot days of summer.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, overhead shower, shower curtain, toilet, sink with a shelf and mirror and a hair dryer.

The open kitchen is very spacious and welcoming, fully equipped with everything you need – sink, electric oven, gas stove, washing machine, crockery and cutlery, microwave, kettle, coffee filter, iron and ironing table, clothes dryer. The table and the four chairs complete the utility of the entire space.

Hot water and heating during winter are provided by the autonomous heating system. The TV cable and the Wi-Fi internet connection are provided by RCS/RDS company. The user name and password are to be found in the apartment.

For a perfect accommodation the room is equipped with linen, duvets, pillows and towels. In the bathroom you will find hotel cosmetics such as shampoo, shower gel and soap.
