The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a new building, recently built and opened in 2011. It offers three spacious rooms and it is ideal to accommodate up to 6 persons eager to enjoy a comfortable and friendly atmosphere in their business or personal trip.

The chic decor welcomes you after you make the first step into the living room. The main room communicates directly with the open kitchen. From the living room you pass through a long hall and you can enter into the two bedrooms and into the main bathroom.

The living room is spacious and welcoming, decorated in bright colors, furnished with a sofa bed, two armchairs, a TV cabinet, a TV. The large windows are framed by heavy curtains which add a splash of color to the entire decor and offer guests the possibility to juggle with the natural light. The dining corner connects the living room with the open kitchen.

The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with an electric hob, a fridge and on demand we can offer you a microwave, an electric jug, a coffee filter.

The two bedrooms are also decorated in a classical style with shabby chic accents in natural colors. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds, bedside tables and wardrobes. The dark curtains offer an intimate atmosphere. In the bedrooms, guests will find bed linens, pillows, duvets and towels and also the necessary for the sofa bed.

The apartment has two bathrooms. The main bathroom is spacious, equipped with a bathtub with shower, a toilet, a sink with mirror, while the second bathrooms, smaller, is equipped with a toilet and a sink with mirror. In the bathroom, guests will find useful amenities. Upon request, we can offer our guests a hair dryer, a clothes dryer, an iron with ironing board.

The apartment with three rooms offers a pleasant and friendly atmosphere in any season as it is equipped with air conditioner and central heating. The flat is equipped with washing machine.

In these conditions we want to offer our guests the best conditions in a friendly and homelike atmosphere.

In this location we can offer short term accommodation for groups between 20 – 40 persons. We are waiting for you!
